Return & Refund Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of receiving an order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, include original tags, and be returned in the original packaging.

Sale or discounted items, worn or washed items, personalized or customized products, undergarments, and certain hygiene-sensitive accessories cannot be returned. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item was damaged or incorrect.

For damaged or incorrect orders, contact esthygifts@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
